The Iluka Holiday Centre is a popular holiday centre at Coles Bay offering cabin, hostel and camping accommodation. Located at Coles Bay, the property is a 2.5 hr drive from Hobart – 210 kilometres. The accommodation has self-contained cabins that overlook Muir’s Beach and Great Oyster Bay. The open plan style cabins have a queen bed in the main bedroom and 4 bunk beds in the second bedroom. There is a fully-equipped kitchen, lounge, dining area and bathroom. Each cabin has a covered deck and carport. The Freycinet National Park is located 1 kilometre from the coastal village of Coles Bay, and close to the Iluka Caravan Park. There are a number of popular bushwalks within the Freycinet National Park, including a relatively easy walk to the world famous Wineglass Bay. For the more adventurous you can take the Wineglass Bay Cruise, go sea kayaking, take a fishing tour or explore the coast from the air on a scenic flight. There are great spots for fishing close to this park, and for surfers, Friendly Beaches is approx 18kms away.
The Iluka Cabin Bay Coles Bays offers a variety of medium-sized powered sites - some are gravel and some grass sites. All sites have access to an amenities block, camper's kitchens and the park's on-site tavern. This is the perfect base to explore Coles Bay, Freycinet and the spectacular East Coast of Tassie. Please note there is not a black water dump point at the Iluka Cabin Park Coles Bay.
