The Lions Port Sorell Caravan Park is a very popular cabin park in the quaint North West Tasmanian seaside town of Port Sorell, and just a short drive from Latrobe and the Spirit of Tasmania Ferry Terminal Devonport. The Lions Port Sorell Caravan Park is ideally located close to the beach, to shops, coastal and inland waters, bowls, golf and tennis and is suitable for tent camping, self-contained cabin accommodation, caravans, campervans, motorhomes and camper trailers. At the Lions Port Sorell Caravan Park, you can enjoy swimming, fishing and boating in this very attractive seaside resort. The Lions Port Sorell Caravan Park is very popular over the Christmas New Year period, during Easter and in school holiday times. The Lions Port Sorell Caravan Park has 20 unpowered sites and app. 110 powered sites. The Lions Club Caravan Park has three separate amenities blocks with each having showers, toilets and laundry facilities. All ameneties blocks have wheelchair access. The park is ideally suited to children, with many flat and safe areas to ride bikes.
The Port Sorell Caravan Park has 9 park cabins, with 7 of these having private facilities, and 2 with shared facilities. NO DOGS are permitted during long weekends, Easter, and the Christmas period through to mid February. Dogs are NOT ALLOWED in any of the buildings including the camp kitchen, shower and toilet blocks and barbecue shelters. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times; dog blankets or bedding are not to be washed in laundry machines. The managers reserve the right to have pets removed from the Port Sorell Lions Caravan Park if causing a nuisance to other guests. Pets are not allowed in cabins under any circumstances.
